
Kids Lacrosse Covid-19 Action Plan
We love the sport of Lacrosse, and we cant wait to get back on the field. But, we want to be safe and more importantly, we want our Kids to be safe. So we have established a Covid-19 Action Plan to mitigate the spread of the virus. Please read below to learn more about our action plan.

Kids Lacrosse Covid-19 Action Plan:
To manage the spread of COVID-19, Kids Lacrosse is taking preventative measures to ensure that all participants are safe and having fun. This action plan is now implemented in all Kids Lacrosse activities, events, clinics, training sessions, and Play session until restrictions lift entirely. Please read below.

During games, athletes should do their best to maintain 6 feet of distance from other players, coaches and officials and if they choose, they may wear a face mask that covers nose and mouth, during lacrosse games and activity. When interacting with other people in a public setting, off the field, all athletes should wear cloth face coverings and maintain appropriate social distancing. (see Athlete and Parent Responsibilities in USL RTP Guide).

6 foot minimum distance between participants and coaches

No physical contact

No contact between players and coaches

No sharing water bottles

We love giving high fives, but we will have to abstain for the time being

Player must be ready to play when stepping on the field. No getting ready on the field to avoid spending time lounging.

Bags must be placed 6 feet away from other participants. Cone system will be implemented.

Parents must remain in vehicle during entire session

If injury does occur, we will ask the parent to come tend to their child

Cancellations result in a $10 charge, unless cancelling 24 hours prior to scheduled session

Waivers must be signed prior to session

US Lacrosse Membership is required to participate

Pre-screening sheets must be filled out prior to each session

If you do not fill out a waiver, have USL membership, or fill out the pre-screening sheet, your child will not be allowed to participate

If child is showing symptoms, please stay home. No cancellation charge will be issued.

We are following the guidelines set forth by Federal, State and local government and the CDC/ Public Health. We are also following the US Lacrosse guidelines on return to play.
